Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 9, 2026
Last Updated: June 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Vision ("Vision," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://visionmortgagesolutions.com/ (the "Site"), request a demo, submit a form (including lead forms on Facebook or Instagram), or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Who We Are
Vision is a software platform built for mortgage companies, providing tools for payroll automation, commission management, branch accounting, reporting, lender integrations, and related operational workflows. This Site is operated by Vision Mortgage Solutions, organized in California.
This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and our marketing and sales activities. It does not govern the separate terms under which our customers use the Vision platform itself, which are addressed in the applicable customer or subscription agreement.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you request a demo, fill out a form on our Site, or submit a lead form through Facebook or Instagram, we may collect:
- Your name
- Business email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Job role or title
- Information about your company (such as approximate annual loan volume)
- Any other information you choose to provide in a message or form field
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers)
- Usage data (such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and time spent on the Site)
- Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6)
Information from lead ads and advertising platforms. If you submit your information through a lead form hosted by Meta (Facebook or Instagram) or another advertising platform, that platform shares the information you provided with us in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. We may also receive limited campaign and analytics data from advertising and analytics partners.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government identifiers) through this Site, and we ask that you not submit such information through our forms.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your demo requests and inquiries
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
- Communicate with you about Vision's products, services, offers, and events
- Personalize and improve the Site and our marketing
- Measure and optimize the performance of our advertising campaigns
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Site
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We process this information based on your consent, our legitimate business interests in marketing and operating our business, and as necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a potential business relationship.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as customer relationship management (CRM), email delivery, scheduling, hosting, and analytics providers — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners. With platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and analytics providers that help us deliver, measure, and optimize advertising. Depending on your jurisdiction, certain of these activities may be considered "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws (see Section 7).
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vision, our users, or others.
5. Your Choices
- Marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any message or by contacting us at info@visionmortgagesolutions.com. We may still send you non-promotional messages about an active inquiry.
- Cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings (see Section 6).
- Targeted advertising opt-outs. You can manage ad preferences through tools such as the Meta ad preferences settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and deliver and measure advertising. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and your interactions with the Site and our ads.
You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly. Because there is no consistent industry standard, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Residents of California and other U.S. states. Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. We may share certain online identifiers with advertising partners for targeted advertising as described above; you may opt out using the methods in Section 5 or by contacting us at info@visionmortgagesolutions.com.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@visionmortgagesolutions.com. We will verify your request, typically by confirming information already associated with your inquiry, and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law.
California "Shine the Light." California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us at info@visionmortgagesolutions.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including responding to your inquiry, maintaining our business records, and complying with legal obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we hold it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@visionmortgagesolutions.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as a scheduling tool or social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
